I‘m in charge of yoga classes, which includes sunrise & sunset yoga, SUP yoga, pranayama exercises, chakra sudhi, and guided meditations
What’s your background and how did you acquire those skills?

I  Physiotherapist graduated from the University of Granada and Yoga instructor with certified training by the Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga  (200h) and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

( 200h). My passion for the complex functioning of our human nature led me to study physiotherapy and during my student days, I became acquainted with Yoga and meditation. That was when I opened a thousand doors and I understood the importance of health beyond the physical body and the absence of disease. My curious nature and my interest in human psychology motivated me to continue studying wellness and health, discovering its direct relationship with sapiential philosophy and the way in which we coexist with our own mind.

After a few years working as Yoga teacher and running my own physiotherapy studio, i started co-create a series of Yoga events and retreats in Mallorca with Oceandream Yoga where I can explore more and more about everything that helps me to understand the nature of life, that brings me closer to the deep knowledge of human experience and that teaches me to live in peace and harmony with the world around us.
As a yoga instructor, I strive to make beginners feel comfortable in their practice, learn the essential postures and make sure that the practices can be safe and suitable for all attendees. Yoga is a powerful transforming tool that changed my life and I am honored to be able to share this knowledge to bring people closer to the possibility of transforming themselves towards a happier and fuller life.
